Use of University Credit Cards
for Vehicle-Related Expenses

1. A Voyager credit card is attached to each vehicle key wallet. This card is for the purchase of fuel for the vehicle bearing the Truman State University plate designated on the face of the card and is not to be used to purchase gasoline for privately owned vehicles. A PIN or ID number and odometer reading will be required at the time of sale. Details will be provided on the vehicle trip sheet received at the time the fleet vehicle is checked out at Public Safety.
2. The Voyager logo (above) is displayed on pay-at-the pump stations that accept this card.   
3. Vehicle supplies (other than gasoline), maintenance costs and repairs must be paid for personally. Reimbursement approvals and arrangements must be made with Public Safety.  The Reimbursement Form is available on this web site under "Fleet Vehicles" and then select forms or contact Joyce Mullins, 785-4177 or joycecook@truman.edu.
