Parking Ticket Appeal Form Instruction

Follow these instruction to submit a Parking Ticket Appeal. Note: Click the image to enlarge.

  1. Click the button below and login your Truman username and password. Parking Ticket Appeals Form
  2. After you successfully login, you should see the below screen.
  3. Click New Case on the left hand side and then double click Parking Ticket Appeal (Submit Appeal) under Department of Public Safety category.processmaker instruction
  4. Fill the form with your information and then click Submit the form.
  5. Then click Continue. Your ticket appeal has been submitted and you will get your decision via email.
